Welcome to ShifaaTech. By installing or using our app you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they are written to be clear, not to hide anything.

1. What ShifaaTech is

A Muslim holistic wellness companion. We combine Prophetic Medicine wisdom with modern evidence-based guidance for sleep, cycle, stress, spirituality and energy. We are not a substitute for medical care.

Not a medical device. ShifaaTech is not a regulated medical device under EU Regulation 2017/745. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. Call local emergency services (112 / 999 / 911) in any emergency.

Some features are available via subscription. Prices, billing cycles and trial periods are displayed before you confirm. You can cancel anytime from your app-store account settings; refunds follow the Apple App Store and Google Play policies of your region.

4. Content & third parties

Hadith references, Qur’anic supplications and clinical citations are provided for educational purposes. We attribute sources where possible. Third-party doctors booked through ShifaaTech are independent practitioners; we are not liable for the medical care they provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShifaaTech is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 30 days before taking effect.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
